Fried Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 lb. turkey
    8 oz. bottled Italian dressing, strained
    1 stick melted butter
    2 1/2 to 3 Tbsp. Cajun spice
Preparation
    Combine dressing, butter and spice.
    Inject bird with the mix. Fry 4 to 5 minutes per pound in peanut oil heated to 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0.
