Gogi Bokum(Deep-Fried Beef Slices) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    500 g. (1 lb.) lean rump or fillet steak
    1 spring onion, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped leek
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. light soy sauce
    2 tsp. sesame oil
    few drops hot chili sauce
    1/2 c. peanut oil
    1 quantity bulgogi sauce
Preparation
    Cut steak into very thin slices and beat them quite flat. Arrange in a single layer on a dish and sprinkle with spring onion, leek and garlic. Mix sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil and chili sauce together.
    Spoon over the beef.
