Hot Dog Eggwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 hot dogs, thinly sliced
    1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    6 eggs
    6 Tbsp. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    6 buttered hot dog buns
Preparation
    Lightly brown
    hot
    dog
    pieces in butter or margarine. Thoroughly mix
    eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
    Pour egg mixture over hot dog slices and cook over low heat.
    As mixture begins to set at bottom and sides, gently lift cooked portions with a spatula so\tthat
    the
    thin, uncooked part can flow to bottom. Avoid constant
    stirring.
    Cook until eggs are thick but still moist, about
    3
    to
    5
    minutes.
    Spoon
    into
    buns.
    Makes
    6 eggwiches.
