Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 large eggs
3 c. shredded carrots
16 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Mix flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Set aside.
Beat oil, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl with a mixer. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
Gradually add flour mixture, beating just until smooth and well blended.
