Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch fresh broccoli
    2 white potatoes
    2 carrots
    1 onion
    1/4 bell pepper
    3 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Heat water until boiling in covered pot.
    Cut potatoes, carrots,
    onion and bell pepper in bite-size pieces.
    Place in boiling
    water with salt and pepper.
    Cut broccoli stalks into small
    pieces.
    Cook
    in small
    amount of water for 6 minutes. Add remaining
    broccoli flowerets and cook another 6 minutes. Add broccoli
    to
    other pot.
    Add margarine.
    Bring to a boil and serve.
