Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    4 large cans tomato sauce
    1 large can tomato paste
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck, then drain.
    Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
    Lower heat and simmer for 1 1/2 hours, stirring frequently.
