Beef Goulash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stew meat
2 onions, chopped
1/4 c. butter
1 clove garlic (if desired)
8 oz. tomato sauce
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
water
large skillet
Preparation
-
Saute onions in butter.
Add meat, but do not brown it.
Add all remaining ingredients using enough water so meat is halfway covered.
Cover skillet and simmer about 2 hours.
