Pineapple Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans pineapple chunks, drained (20 oz. each)
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. sugar
    4 oz. butter or margarine
    6 Tbsp. flour
    3 doz. Ritz crackers (1 tube)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
    Mix pineapple-cheese (set aside).
    Mix sugar and flour and add. Spread in 9 x 12-inch dish.
    Spread crackers over top.
    (Crush in hand.)
    Melt 4 ounces butter over top.
