Crock-Pot Beef Burgundy(Serves 4 To 6) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bacon
2 to 3 lb. lean stew meat
flour
2 sliced onions
1 thinly sliced carrot
1 large sliced tomato
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 Tbsp. tomato paste
3 c. Burgundy
1 can beef broth
1/2 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
Preparation

Dice bacon and fry in large skillet.
Remove bacon and put in crock-pot.
Dredge meat in flour and brown in bacon grease.
Add onions, carrots, tomato and the rest of the ingredients to the crock-pot along with meat.
Cook on low all day.
