Turkey Buffet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. turkey, cut in pieces
    2 c. sliced celery
    1 c. chopped cashews
    2 cans cream of chicken soup (10 1/2 oz.)
    4 tsp. chopped onions
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix first 7 ingredients.
    Mix mayonnaise and water.
    Add to chicken mixture.
    Turn into greased casserole.
    Top with crushed potato chips.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Serves 12.
