"Never Fail" Riz Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 pkg. dry yeast
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. warm (lukewarm) buttermilk
1/4 c. lukewarm water
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in a small amount of lukewarm water, then pour into buttermilk.
Sift together the dry ingredients and make dough by adding oil and buttermilk mixture.
Roll out dough and cut into biscuits.
Let raise for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown.
