Broccoli-Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut up broccoli
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut up cauliflower
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Cook vegetables per instructions.
    Melt 1/2 margarine and all cheese.
    Mix melted cheese with cooked vegetables.
    Put mixture into casserole dish; sprinkle with crushed crackers.
    Drizzle with the remaining melted margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, uncovered, until nicely browned.
