Israeli Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small cucumbers
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
4 radishes
2 carrots
2 tomatoes
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Preparation

Wash and dry vegetables.
Peel cucumbers, radishes and carrots.
Dice all the vegetables and mix in a bowl.
Add parsley, salt and pepper.
Toss.
Sprinkle with olive oil and toss again. Add lemon juice and serve.
