Baked Pineapple Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine (can use less)
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
5 slices bread, cubed
Preparation

Cream together margarine and sugar.
Beat in eggs, one at a time.
Stir in pineapple.
Fold in bread cubes.
Turn into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake, uncovered for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Good served with ham.
Serves 6.
