Holiday Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. chili sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Salt and pepper on eye of the round roast (any size you wish). Wrap in heavy foil.
    Seal carefully and rewrap again.
    Roast 3 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Undo foil, jab holes in meat and pour the sauce over all and roll meat thoroughly in sauce.
    Re-wrap roast.
    Cook for another hour with sauce.
    Good hot or cold.
