Another Low-Fat Brownie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. canola margarine or 1/4 c. baby food prunes and 1/2 c. canola
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 egg whites, beaten frothy
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix margarine, sugar and vanilla.
    In smaller bowl, mix flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder.
    Pour second bowl into large bowl.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Spray an 8-inch pan or loaf pan.
    Bake at 280\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
