Lemon Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelop plain gelatin
    1 box lemon pie filling
    3 egg yolks
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 can crushed pineapple
    3 egg whites
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup water for 5 minutes.
    Cook pie filling with 1 3/4 cups water, sugar and egg yolks.
    When thick add gelatin and cheese.
    Beat until smooth.
    Fold in egg whites and pineapple.
    Spread over graham cracker mixture.
    Chill.
    Serve with topping or ice cream.
