Scalloped Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. canned tomatoes
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 c. diced bread (stale)
    1/2 c. buttered crumbs
Preparation
    Grease a baking dish.
    Mix ingredients and turn into the dish. Cover with buttered crumbs and cook until brown and heated through.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
