Hash Browns And Ham Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
32 oz. bag hash browns
2 c. cubed, cooked ham
8 oz. American cheese, cubed
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. crushed cornflakes (4 c. before crushing)
1/2 c. oleo, melted
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Mix everything together, except oleo, cornflakes and Mozzarella cheese.
Put into 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Mix oleo and cornflakes together.
Sprinkle over potato mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 20 to 25 minutes.
