Amish Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 slices toasted bread (cubed)
    2 c. diced cooked potatoes
    1 c. chopped carrots
    3 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Into large bowl put bread cubes, potatoes, parsley and carrots.
    Add 6 eggs well beaten. Add 1 pt. or more of cooked diced chicken and mix in the dressing. Bake in a well buttered pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
