Oven Fried Chicken Coating - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. bread crumbs
    2 tsp. chicken bouillon
    2 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. rosemary
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    With wire whisk, beat eggs and milk so that all the whites are mixed in. Mix all dry ingredients together and pour into a 1/2-gallon paper or plastic bag. Moisten chicken with egg mixture. Put one piece at a time into the bag and shake until coated. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until juices are no longer pink when cut.
