Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts or 1 whole fryer, cooked and deboned
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 stack Ritz crackers, crumbled
    poppy or sesame seed
Preparation
    Mix sour cream, soup and melted margarine.
    Mix in chicken and cracker crumbs.
    Add small amount of broth, if needed.
    Pour into casserole and sprinkle with seed.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until bubbly and brown.
