Breakfast On The Run - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. sliced ripe bananas, frozen (about 2 whole)
    1 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1/4 c. wheat germ
    1 egg (optional)
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 packet sugar substitute (if desired)
Preparation
    Slice bananas and freeze overnight.
    Place ingredients in blender; blend until smooth.
    Garnish with nutmeg.
    Yields 2 servings.
