Golden Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1/4 c. sifted flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. butter
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and cut into quarters.
    Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Moisten potatoes with water.
    Shake a few times in plastic bag with mixture. Melt butter.
    Place potatoes in a single layer in baking pan with melted butter. Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour. Turn when golden brown.
