German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
    2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    1 tsp. celery seed
    6 c. cooked, sliced potatoes
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp; drain and crumble.
    Save 2 tablespoons bacon drippings; cook onions in bacon drippings until tender. Blend in flour, sugar, salt and celery seed.
    Add vinegar and water; cook until sauce thickens.
    In large bowl mix potatoes, bacon and eggs.
    Pour hot sauce over mixture and mix well.
    Pour in casserole.
    Serve warm.
