Sweet 'N Sour Meat Balls(Serves A "Whole Bunch" And Goes Over Well.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean hamburger/ground beef
    1/2 c. (minimum) chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. garlic or garlic bits
    1 tsp. salt (if desired)
    1/4 to 1/3 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs
    5 slices bread (white or whole wheat), soaked in water and excess squeezed out before adding to mixture
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well. Shape into small balls.
    Place on cookie sheet and bake at 450\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
