Chicken Continental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked, cut up chicken
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth or 2 chicken bouillon cubes and 1 1/2 c. water
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. French-cut green beans
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. basil leaves
    dash of pepper
    1 1/2 c. dry Minute rice
Preparation
    Saute chicken, mushrooms and garlic in oil, 2 to 3 minutes or until chicken is brown.
    Add remaining ingredients, except rice, and bring to a boil.
    Stir in rice; remove from heat.
    Cover and let stand 5 minutes or until rice is fluffy.
    Makes 4 servings.
