Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 graham crackers
1/3 c. margarine (not diet)
4 c. sliced strawberries
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. sugar
6 tsp. cornstarch
1 pkg. low calorie strawberry Jell-O
Preparation

Crumble graham crackers (either by hand or blender).
Melt margarine and mix with crackers.
Spread in pie pan. Bake crust in oven at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Combine water, sugar, cornstarch and Jell-O in saucepan.
Cook until thickened.
Cool slightly; add strawberries.
Pour into cooled crust.
Let chill in refrigerator. Serve.
Use Cool Whip for topping, if desired.
