Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (4 oz.) jar mushrooms
    1 c. sour cream (low-fat)
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion.
    Pour off any fat.
    Stir in flour, salt, pepper, garlic and mushrooms.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Stir in soup; mix well.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream; heat through. Serve over noodles.
