Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 large, boiled potatoes
    1 jar pimentos, chopped and diced
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter
    corn flake crumbs
Preparation
    Peel and cut potatoes into small sections.
    When cooled, salt and pepper to taste.
    Mix diced pimentos, potatoes and diced cheese.
    Toss together and place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Melt butter in milk.
