Perfect Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cubed or sliced cooked potatoes
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. sliced sweet pickle
    1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
    2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Sprinkle potatoes with sugar and vinegar while still warm. Add onion, pickle, seasonings and mayonnaise.
    Toss to blend. Carefully fold in egg slices.
    Chill.
