Bean Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    16 oz. can kidney beans, drained
    1 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 lb. bacon (optional)
    1 lb. 15 oz. pork and beans
    16 oz. can butter limas, drained
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. white vinegar
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Brown beef; drain.
    Put in mixing bowl.
    Brown onion and bacon; drain off fat.
    Combine onion, bacon and remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour into casserole.
    Cover with foil. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Can substitute navy or pinto for other beans.
