Mini-Sausage Quiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine or butter, softened
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 lb. Italian roll sausage
1 c. shredded Swiss, Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
1 Tbsp. snipped fresh chives (optional)
2 eggs
1 c. half and half
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of cayenne pepper

Preparation

Beat butter and cream cheese in medium bowl until creamy. Blend in flour; refrigerate 1 hour.
