Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1/2 c. Pet milk
    1/3 c. rolled oats
    2 1/2 Tbsp. finely cut onions
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Shape into a loaf, with hands a mixture of meat, milk, oats, onions, salt and pepper.
    Dot the top with shortening.
    Bake in a greased pan in a moderate 350\u00b0 oven, for 1 hour or until brown. Makes 4 servings.
    Pet milk makes the meat loaf extra juicy.
    If you like, put tomato paste or catsup on top before cooking. Delicious!
