Chocolate Cheesecake Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
confectioners sugar

Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients; beat until creamy. Stir in 1/4 cup chocolate chips; set aside. Melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips in a double boiler; stir until smooth. Remove from heat.
