Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained (save liquid)
1/2 c. sesame seed
1 large clove garlic, chopped
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
Preparation

Blend beans until smooth.
Add other ingredients; blend until smooth.
Add bean liquid until mixture is consistency of dip. Chill.
Makes 1 cup.
Serve with pocket bread for dipping.
