Chocolate-Peanut Butter Ice Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    21 chocolate sandwich cookies
    1/2 c. unsalted dry roasted peanuts
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    8 (1.6 oz.) Reese's cups, chopped
    3 pt. chocolate ice cream, softened
    1 c. heavy cream
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. strong coffee
    1 (8 oz.) jar fudge topping
    1 chocolate graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Crush cookies and peanuts.
    Whip all ingredients together, except topping.
    Spoon into pie crust.
    Freeze.
    Before serving, drizzle with fudge topping.
