Douglas Jellyroll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large or 4 medium eggs
    1 c. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    flavoring of choice
    confectioners sugar
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. milk
    jelly
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff. In another bowl, beat sugar, egg yolks, milk and flour until fluffy. Add beaten egg whites. Fold in flavoring, baking powder and salt. Pour in pan that has been lined with paper and greased well. Bake at 350\u00b0 until light brown. When done, remove from pan onto a dampened cloth sprinkled with confectioners sugar. Spread with jelly and roll up.
