Crab Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 lemon, squeezed
12 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 can mushroom soup
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/4 green pepper, finely chopped
2 cans crab meat or 1 lb. fresh crab
1 c. finely chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and lemon juice.
Dissolve over low heat.
Set aside.
Combine softened cream cheese, soup and onion.
Cook over low heat, stirring until smooth.
Add gelatin and remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Spoon into well-greased 4 cup mold.
Chill 4 to 6 hours or until firm. Unmold on platter, garnished with lettuce.
Serve with crackers.
