Mom'S Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt and pepper
6 to 8 red new potatoes, quartered
1/3 c. butter
Preparation

In Ziploc bag, combine Parmesan cheese, flour, salt and pepper. Melt butter in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Put quartered potatoes in Ziploc bag mixture and coat them. Place potatoes one by one in baking dish of butter. When all potatoes are coated and placed in baking dish, bake in oven at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
