Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans asparagus spears
4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
6 slices cheese
crushed potato chips
Preparation

Place the asparagus in buttered casserole (saving juice). Make sauce of the butter and flour.
Stir together until smooth. Add drained asparagus juice and cook until mixture begins to thicken. Add the cheese. Continue to cook until cheese melts. Pour sauce over asparagus. Sprinkle with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350\u00b0 for a few minutes, until browned.
