Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. bell pepper
1 1/2 c. vinegar
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 bottle Certo
Preparation
-
Mix the first 3 items.
Bring to a rolling boil and cook 7 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool 5 minutes.
Add Certo; mix thoroughly.
Pour in jars and seal.
