Stir-Fry Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 medium onions, quartered lengthwise
    1 medium green pepper, cut in 1/4-inch wide strips
    3 c. thinly sliced cabbage
    1 c. carrots (3 medium), sliced diagonally
    1/4 c. (1 bunch) sliced green onions
    1 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 c. cauliflower flowerets
    3 stalks celery, diagonally sliced
    1/2 c. thinly sliced cooked meat
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    In 3-quart casserole place oil, butter and onions.
    Microwave, uncovered, at High for 4 minutes until hot.
    Stir in and mix well green pepper, cabbage, carrots, green onions, broccoli, cauliflower and celery.
    Microwave at High, covered, for 4 minutes.
    Add meat and mushrooms and continue to microwave, uncovered for 4 to 6 minutes more.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
