Pork And Bean Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. raisins
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts
1 c. boiling water
1 c. oil
1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix raisins with boiling water.
Stir and set aside.
Beat eggs, oil, sugar and pork and beans until beans are broken.
Add flour and rest of dry ingredients to bean mixture.
Add nuts and vanilla.
Drain raisins and add, stirring to mix well.
Pour batter into 3 well-greased loaf pans.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes. Some people bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
Also, some people use 2 loaf pans not 3.
