Turkey Scallop - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. diced, cooked turkey
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
few drops Tabasco sauce
2 c. turkey gravy
4 Tbsp. milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation

Arrange alternate layers of 1 1/2 cups crumbs and diced turkey in casserole, seasoning each layer of turkey with salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce.
Pour gravy over all.
Combine remaining crumbs, milk and eggs.
Spread over the top of the casserole and dot with butter. Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes. Serves 6.
