Kahlua Number 3 - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. instant coffee (8 oz.)
4 c. sugar
4 c. boiling water
3 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1 qt. 80 proof vodka

Preparation

Mix coffee and sugar; add boiling water, simmer for 4 minutes. Skim top.
Add vanilla.
Let cool and add vodka.
If too strong, add vanilla.
If too thick, add water.
