Gazpacho Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (1-inch thick) slices day old Italian bread
    2 large garlic cloves, halved
    4 medium large tomatoes
    1 seedless cucumber
    1 large red pepper
    1/2 small hot cherry pepper
    1/2 medium onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    black pepper
    2 Tbsp. sherry vinegar
    1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
    Rub the slices of bread with garlic cloves.
    Place 3 tomatoes and garlic in food processor and puree.
    Remove to a large bowl, leaving some puree in the processor.
