Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. beef roast or cubes
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. onion, diced
1/4 c. margarine
2 cloves garlic or 1/4 tsp. garlic salt or powder
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup or 4 oz. can mushrooms
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Cook beef until tender.
Pull apart in bite size pieces, reserving juice.
Saute onion, garlic and flour in margarine. Add the roast beef, chicken soup, mushroom soup and juice from the roast beef. Bring everything to boiling point, then simmer 15 minutes. Stir in sour cream and serve over noodles.
