Sugar-Free Cheese Cake Snack - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 1/3 c. dry skim milk
    3 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. butter flavoring
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2/3 c. boiling water
    2 envelopes unflavored Knox gelatine
Preparation
    Put gelatine in blender and pour in hot water and blend.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and blend well.
    Pour into lightly buttered pie plate or 8-inch square pan or dish.
    Top with cinnamon, lightly sprinkled.
    Slice into 4 slices, each is equal to 1 1/2 milk and 1 fruit.
    Refrigerate until set.
