Lemon Lush - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 container (9 oz.) Cool Whip
3 c. cold milk
2 small pkg. lemon instant pudding
Preparation

Mix flour, margarine and chopped nuts like pie dough and press into 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 14 minutes.
Cool. While crust is baking, mix the following: powdered sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip.
Place in cooled crust, then mix together cold milk and instant pudding.
Layer on top of cream cheese mixture.
Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts, if desired.
Refrigerate.
